We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team of professionals working on various projects in Latin America.

This is a full-time, remote opportunity that will allow you to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies while developing your skills and growing your career.

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Java developer who can integrate directly into our clients' teams and work alongside existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

  • This is a project-based development role where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop new skills, and collaborate with other professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • A solid foundation in object-oriented programming and core Java principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Solid experience with SQL databases and query optimization.
  • Practical experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar).
  • Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Practical experience across the full software development lifecycle, with a track record of delivering scalable, maintainable solutions.
