Capital Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Management Specialist to support our treasury activities, focusing on capital as we expand features and footprint.

You will be responsible for assessing our capital and liquidity position and managing market risks, like FX, interest rates, and credit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting capital planning and management activities within the Treasury team
  • Monitoring compliance with regulatory capital requirements
  • Analysing and optimising capital structure and resource allocation
  • Preparing concise reports and presentations on capital adequacy for senior management
  • Performing regular capital forecasts and assessing ongoing capital adequacy
  • Assessing impacts of regulatory changes and market conditions on capital strategy
  • Coordinating timely reporting to regulators and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in capital treasury within a financial institution or fintech
  • A solid understanding of regulations
  • Knowledge of capital regulatory frameworks and stress-testing methodologies
  • Experience in capital/treasury regulatory reports

Nice to have:

  • SQL programming/coding skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards
