We are seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive quality strategy, managing the quality management system, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing a quality strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Managing the quality management system, including capability development, workforce management, footprint, and succession.
- Contribution to the development and execution of the quality improvement plan.
- Acting as an advocate for the customer by representing their voice within the quality strategy.
- Representing the organization in terms of quality when interacting with customers.
- Evaluating risks, problems, and solutions from a quality and customer/stakeholder perspective to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Defining and managing the quality management system and processes across entities within the hub.
- Coordinating process reviews in line with internal and external expectations.
- Maintaining and securing required certification in all units within the hub scope.
- Organizing and conducting quality/process audits/assessments and following up on identified actions until closure.
- Establishing process performance indicators and ensuring effective internal controls are in place to verify that processes meet customer and stakeholder expectations.
- Analyzing process indicators continuously and taking action to address situations where process performance deviates from expectations and manage such deviations until closure.
- Providing insights and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts and ensure alignment between global strategies and regional market requirements.
- Deploying and implementing sustainably the Continuous Improvement Framework built upon Lighthouse, L6S, Ochibo-Hiroi, and Lessons Learned / Best Practices.

- Stay up-to-date on new laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting quality assurance and quality control.
