We are seeking a Director of Segment Growth Strategies to lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for specific segments in the LATAM region.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in sales enablement, operations, leadership, and communication skills. The role requires a strong understanding of commercial strategy and ability to translate it into field execution through strategic planning and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for specific segments in the LATAM region.
- Drive cross-subsidiary operational excellence by accelerating transformation pace and enabling business impact at scale.
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver business results and drive growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement and operations.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bilingual Portuguese/Spanish language proficiency.
