Design Visionary Role

The Design Director is a pivotal figure in driving innovative design and exceptional creativity. This position demands a keen eye for impactful visuals and the ability to manage a team of designers in the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop stunning visuals and brand identities that set our clients apart.
  • Create meaningful brand systems that elevate quality and craft.
  • Identify trends and styles for various mediums to kick-start projects.
  • Inspire and oversee the work of Senior Designers to elevate their skills.
  • Craft compelling presentation stories and oversee deck design.
  • Deeply understand client brands, ensuring they feel secure in their partnership with us.
  • Work on multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead the creative department and serve as a go-to expert for all things design.

  • Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Create an inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration among fellow designers.
  • Identify opportunities beyond briefs to add value and ideas, and spearhead surprising work that drives business forward.
  • Take an active role outside the creative department to ensure staff success as a leader.
  • Recognize and share excellence of craft among team members.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and adept at identifying next steps.
  • Participate in reviews and development plans for designers with the Head of Art.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Graphic or Visual Designer, including expertise with an advertising agency background.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Deep knowledge of interactive media, including web, online/offline, mobile, and motion design.
  • Exceptional portfolio of work across platforms and industries is required.

About the Opportunity:

  • Location: Remote (Brazil).
  • No relocation assistance.
  • Follow USA calendar.
  • Primary timezone: PST, EST as needed.
  • Independent Contractor arrangement.
