Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop tactical plans for short, medium, and long-term supply and demand through executive meetings with operational stakeholders.
  2. Proactively manage risks across the supply chain, addressing issues like low coverage and risk escalations.
  3. Align transfer orders with supply demand using ERP systems according to market needs.
  4. Monitor and act on supply exceptions, including cancellations, increases, decreases, or postponements.
  5. Apply scenario planning and collaboration, leveraging information and functionalities of planning tools.
  6. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Demand, W&D, Commercial, and Market teams to resolve supply issues.
  7. Support the Network Planning Leader with information and escalations for Global SIOP.
  8. Monitor supply chain performance, approve planning parameters, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  9. Manage production information for financial and budgeting activities.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Advanced or fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience in Planning and Supply Chain
