We are currently seeking caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to our residents.
Job DescriptionAs a CNA, your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and support to our residents. This includes assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
Additionally, you will work closely with our therapy and nursing teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, as well as reporting any changes or concerns to your supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania
- Dependable, kind, sympathetic and respectful attitude towards residents, families and colleagues
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this role
