Job Title: Investigator Site Payments Specialist

Location: Brazil, Mexico, Colombia & Argentina (Home Based)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Investigator Site Payments Specialist to support our organization's growth. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support in managing project portfolios and overseeing payment administration processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of projects and ensure timely and accurate payment administration.
  • Highlight aged invoices and financial risks, providing reasons for any delays.
  • Data quality control, ensuring batches meet contractual requirements and budgets.
  • Perform project reconciliations.
  • Monitor payment cycle targets to ensure studies meet targets for each step in the payment cycle.
  • Provide high-level customer service to internal project teams and assist with project-related issues.
  • Track and report metric data, flag non-standard issues to project teams/line managers.
  • Assist team members to ensure the group meets targets.
  • Verify appropriate approvals for setup and payment processes.
  • Support and participate in teams handling routine tasks.
  • Generate standard reports and run KPIs for project teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or healthcare preferred.
  • Excellent command of English (written/spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CTMS systems, payment and contract processes.
