Growth Analyst Job Description

This role is an opportunity to work with our local Sales Team and Growth Team in identifying customer needs and accelerating the adoption of our products and contextual solutions.

  • Key responsibilities will include articulating the value of our proposition, delivering key product presentations where required, and increasing client satisfaction to assist in reaching Sales Targets.
  • The successful candidate will identify, support, and execute the creation of core client strategies in order to maximise the uptake of our products and solutions.
  • They will also work with our Data Analysts to deliver relevant insights and solutions in support of our clients' digital marketing goals.
  • Responsibilities will include supporting our local Sales Team to ensure all requests for client-facing materials are met and briefings clarified in line with client goals & take ownership of local market corporate collateral.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry; agency or client side is a bonus.
  • Strong quantitative analysis, problem-solving, project management & presentation skills.
  • Curious to learn and have strong accuracy and attention to detail while maintaining strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to plan, project-manage, and execute client strategies/ability to understand data/marketing information and present this internally and externally.
  • Fluent level of Portuguese and high level of English.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced media environment.
