This is a key leadership role that oversees the strategic use of technology in enrollment management, enabling informed decision-making and efficiency. The Director will spearhead initiatives to advance student success and growth.
Key responsibilities include leading teams to select, implement, and maintain undergraduate and graduate enrollment management systems, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to develop technological plans. Additionally, the Director will advise on technological solutions for information systems and facilitate their implementation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, change leadership, and data analysis, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required, with a Master's Degree preferred. Five to eight years of related work experience are also necessary.
