About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Digital Learning Specialist to join our team at Rio & Learn Portuguese School. As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering top-notch e-learning content that makes learning Portuguese an enjoyable experience for students around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create compelling e-learning materials and courses that are both educational and engaging, making use of multimedia, interactive simulations, and gamification elements.
  • Spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge e-learning technologies and platforms to ensure a seamless and interactive learning experience for all students.
  • Work closely with our team of language experts to translate educational needs into digital solutions, and provide ongoing support to both instructors and learners.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning content and platforms, making data-driven decisions to enhance learning outcomes and student satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of the curve in e-learning trends and technologies, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to improve the learning experience.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-learning content development, with a portfolio that showcases your brilliance.
  • Exceptional skills in content creation tools, AI, and learning management systems, with an innate ability to make learning fun and memorable.
  • Portuguese language Native and English fluency (additional languages are a plus), enabling you to weave linguistic excellence into digital formats.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, because teamwork makes the dream work.
