Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Iteration Manager to lead our team in Agile practices and ceremonies. As an Iteration Manager, you will be responsible for executing iteration and release planning with a view to deliver maximum value as early as possible.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience leading teams in Agile environments. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams in Agile practices and ceremonies
  • Execute iteration and release planning
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification
  • Scrum Master Certification (SAFe)
  • Experience working in enterprise-level environments
  • Familiarity with JIRA and other project management tools
