At Syneos Health, we have a vital role for a Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team. This position is perfect for an individual with a strong background in GxP quality assurance auditing and excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements.

The Senior Quality Assurance Auditor will be responsible for conducting assigned audits, writing and issuing audit reports, and reviewing responses to audit findings. They will also be involved in planning and conducting For Cause audits and supervising less experienced QA auditors.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in the science/health care field or equivalent, with extensive experience in GxP quality assurance auditing. You will also need to have previous experience in conducting multiple audit types, such as vendor audits, investigator site audits, trial master file audits, data management audits, safety reporting audits, and laboratory audits.

Job Responsibilities
  • Audit Planning and Conducting: Plans and conducts assigned audits, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Audit Reporting: Writes and issues audit reports, ensuring clear communication of audit findings to the auditees and relevant management.
  • Skill Development: Provides training and mentoring to less experienced QA auditors.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in the science/health care field or equivalent.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in GxP quality assurance auditing.
  • Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of GxP regulatory requirements.
