Job Title:
Senior SEO Strategist. Become a top local search engine expert and lead our clients to digital dominance through smart, results-driven strategies.

About the JobWe help businesses grow by optimizing their online presence using Google Business Profiles (GMB/GBP), Local SEO, and multi-location visibility strategies. As a Senior SEO Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO plans for multiple clients across various industries and locations. This role requires a strong understanding of local ranking factors, the map pack algorithm, and competitive local markets.

Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute local SEO strategies for multiple clients
• Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles for single and multi-location businesses
• Manage and optimize citations, listings, and directories for maximum local search visibility
• Monitor keyword rankings, map pack performance, and visibility using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and BrightLocal
• Create clear, actionable reports in Looker Studio and present them to clients with a focus on ROI, not fluff
• Perform technical SEO audits, fix indexing issues, optimize site speed, and ensure technical compliance
• Build and execute content strategies for landing pages, service pages, and blogs that drive both rankings and conversions
• Work with designers, developers, and copywriters to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
• Join regular client calls to present results, discuss strategy, and gather business insights
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates
• Mentor, manage, and develop the SEO department to elevate overall team performance

Requirements• 5+ years of experience in SEO (Local SEO, technical, and content-focused) — agency experience preferred
• Proven results managing multi-client accounts with measurable ranking and traffic improvements
• Expertise with GBP/GMB, Yext, BrightLocal, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio
• Strong understanding of local ranking factors, the map pack algorithm, and competitive local markets
• Ability to innovate local SEO strategies tailored for diverse industries and evolving algorithms
• Curiosity and hunger to experiment with emerging SEO tools, AI, and tech to stay ahead of the curve
