Airline Reservations Coordinator

At Ventura TRAVEL, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Flights department as a Junior Flight Operations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and supporting our Flight Operations Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support our Flight Operations Specialists in making reservations, issuing group tickets, and inputting information in our internal system.
• Communicate effectively with both Flights Teams and be ready to answer emergency calls on a rotating basis.
• Work closely with our team to ensure seamless flight operations and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Basic Amadeus knowledge and English proficiency in speaking and writing at least B1.
• Experience in Customer Service with a great service mentality and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
