Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing, documenting, and supporting the construction of internal and customer-facing data visualization solutions.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work directly with Data and Analytics professionals, IT, Sales, and customers to design, document, test, and support the construction of internal and customer-facing data visual solutions that tell the desired insights story.


Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with stakeholders to design and implement data visualization solutions that meet business needs.
  • Document and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data visualization solutions into existing systems.
  • Analyze and optimize data visualizations to improve user experience and engagement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline; Master's Degree strongly preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related role.
  • Cloud certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in multiple languages including JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience using Tableau & BI tools is a plus.
