About the Role


As a seasoned partner management leader, you will drive growth and strategy for Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Latin America region. With a focus on revenue expansion and partner enablement, you will lead a high-performing team to develop and execute the overall partner strategy, aligning with AWS's go-to-market motion.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute partner growth plans to meet revenue targets in the Latin America region.
  • Own executive relationships with top partners, coordinating joint investment and enablement plans.
  • Serve as the voice of partners in LatAm, evolving AWS programs and services to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate across AWS sales leadership to ensure alignment between partner initiatives and broader business objectives.
  • Foster a diverse team of partner managers, architect, and development specialists, promoting an inclusive environment that celebrates uniqueness and empowers underrepresented groups.

The AWS Partner Organization provides a unified customer experience, empowering builders to succeed. As a Regional Partner Growth Director, you will be part of this organization, responsible for driving partner strategy and sales objectives in the Latin America region.


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you must have:



  • 15+ years of experience in partner management, ecosystem development, or a related field in the technology industry.
  • 10+ years' experience leading and developing high-performing teams, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Proven experience driving partner strategy, ecosystem growth, and revenue generation for a major technology company.
  • A comprehensive understanding of cloud computing solutions and services, including knowledge of the Latin America technology landscape.
  • Effective business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functionally and engage executive-level stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
