Financial Operations Manager

\

The role of Financial Operations Manager is to provide financial support to the Brazil team and play a key part in establishing a solid financial base for our operations.

\

Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Take ownership of full-cycle accounting and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.\
  • Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and bank statements with precision.\
  • Drive the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.\
  • Partner with auditors and advisors to ensure smooth audits and compliance.\
  • Lead tax planning and filings across federal, state, and local levels, ensuring accuracy and compliance.\
  • Work closely with our China HQ and Brazil teams to connect global standards with local execution.\
  • Requirements:\
    • \
    • 5+ years in accounting/finance, and tax compliance.\
    • Solid experience in full-set accounting and reporting.\
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).\
    • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.\
    • Comfortable working in a fast-growing international company and bridging HQ and local teams.\
