Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for IT support to assigned stakeholder groups ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues collaborating with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities including issues encountered, solutions implemented and lessons learned.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users within assigned stakeholder groups empowering them to leverage IT resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Technical education in IT or bachelor's degree in IT completed or ongoing.
- Proven experience in IT support roles preferably in a field support capacity.
- Strong technical expertise across a wide range of IT systems and technologies.
- Advanced English level.
