### Job Description
As a security specialist, you will play a crucial role in enabling and securing our hr systems and tools. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies for hr data usage across all systems.
- Conducting thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Enforcing data protection measures such as encryption and access controls.
- Collaborating with hr, it, and other departments to ensure integrated security measures.

### Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, human resources, or a related field.
- Experience in data security and privacy management, preferably in hr systems, or hr system security management.
- Excellent understanding of security standards and best practices.
- Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure integrated security measures.
