Payroll Expert

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing country payroll inputs, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all payroll cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll inputs related to base pay, disability and leaves, work schedule changes, new hires, employee movement, separations (final pay, severance), organization changes (e.g., M&A), job and pay changes, and one-time payment requests with third-party vendors or in-house payroll processing teams.
  • Review and validate Payroll Analyst or Payroll Coordinator transactions.
  • Collaborate across HR and other functions to ensure all data is complete and received within payroll deadlines for processing.
  • Develop internal and external communications for specific payroll processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in payroll processing / payroll operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing in Brazil is required.
  • English language proficiency is a must.
  • Portuguese and Spanish language proficiency is also required.
