About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team at SumUp. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our Brazilian business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates to meet the needs of our business.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand and prioritize their recruitment needs.
  • Talent Acquisition: Drive the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for our business.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business goals.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our recruitment processes and hiring practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or fintech environment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
