About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer Projects Specialist to join our team at Goodwe. As a key member of our after-sales operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing after-sales strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement after-sales operations plans to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Manage and train after-sales partners to ensure they provide high-quality services to customers
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical support and advice to customers
  • Conduct on-site inspections, commissioning, and troubleshooting of products
  • Manage local service logistics providers and ensure efficient exchange of damaged units and return of faulty inverters
  • Develop and deliver technical training courses and roadshows to customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote Goodwe products and solutions
Requirements
  • Advanced English language skills (speaking and writing)
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, photovoltaics, or renewable energy
  • Advanced knowledge of PV inverters (on-grid and storage)
  • At least 3 years of experience with PV inverters
  • Experience with distributed generation (DG) and onsite experience with troubleshooting, DC check, inverter and transformer installation, and commissioning
  • Ability to handle tools and instruments such as multimeter, megameter, IV curve tracer, electrical insulation meter, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, PV arrangement, protection circuits, and interpretation of electrical diagrams
  • MS Office skills
Preferred Skills
  • Spanish language skills
  • Experience with PV large utility-scale
  • Experience with lead-acid and lithium batteries for PV storage systems
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and PVSyst
