Job Title: Business Development Executive

Main responsibilities:

  • Opportunity management (40%): Identify and assess opportunities within the account, manage strategic and largest opportunities, drive strategic pursuits using sales tools, processes and methodologies, and drive pricing and negotiations strategy on the account.
  • Client relationship development (30%): Build relationships with C-suite/business unit buying influencers, create opportunities for other team members to engage with key client contacts, identify and build new relationships while recognizing and addressing gaps in existing relationships throughout the organization, delegate relationship management (as appropriate), be connected to the clients' business agenda and leverage the global network to connect our clients to the right people, be responsive to our clients' needs and seek and provide continuous feedback, be insightful through proactively sharing relevant insights, and participate in quality review meetings.
  • Account strategy and sales leadership (20%): Instill a winning culture within assigned account(s), share leading practices throughout the BD organization, manage the overall messaging and branding of relationship, manage the overall account plan and revenue plan, and be involved in the account deal review.
  • Administration (10%): Manage metrics – provide oversight and address challenges, forecasting (three year plan).
Requirements

We require:

  • Full Graduation;
  • Experience with sales;
  • Fluent English.
