Job Title: Key Relations Professional – Property Management

About Us:

We are a fast-growing property management company specializing in short-term rentals. Our focus is on providing seamless, top-quality service to both homeowners and guests.

Position Overview:

The Key Relations Professional will be the primary point of contact for our homeowners. You will communicate with property owners, relay information to our internal teams, and ensure that all requests are handled promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between homeowners and our internal teams.
  • Handle homeowner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure homeowners are updated on property matters and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
