Lead Production Manager

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our production department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures, participating in decision-making processes, and managing key performance indicators.

• Quality Management: Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures, and participate in process audits and inspections.
• Decision Making: Participate in decision-making processes for corrective and preventive actions within the Production Department.
• Employee Development: Plan, monitor, and evaluate job results, coach, and discipline employees as needed.
• KPIs: Manage KPIs related to production lines and participate in Process Productivity Meetings.
• Analysis: Prepare analyses and define actions for indicators that didn't achieve targets.

• Education: Graduation in Food Engineering, Veterinary, Chemical Engineering, or related areas is required.
