Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, tracking, and analyzing marketing budget, innovations and promo actions, supporting decision-making through performance insights, ROI evaluations, and portfolio optimization.

The purpose is to enable sustainable growth through financially sound brand strategies, aligned with global and regional guidelines.

  • Ensure continuous monitoring, analysis, and reporting of brands P&L;
  • Lead the forecasting processes in close alignment with Brand teams and local Finance;
  • Provide financial support for brand strategies, innovation / launches and promo actions;
  • Act as Finance Business Partner to Marketing, providing transparency on investments and supporting the prioritization of activities based on financial impact;
  • Partner with Global/Regional controlling to ensure alignment with corporate standards and deliverables (brand P&L, dashboards, KPIs);
  • Contribute to the improvement of controlling processes, tools, and reporting frameworks, ensuring automation and harmonization where possible;
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit processes when applicable.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Finance/Controlling;
  • Experience in marketing / brands controlling an advantage;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal/stakeholders management skill;
  • Analytical skills, proactive attitude;
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization structure and work with multiple stakeholders;
  • SAP experience;
  • Power BI knowledge is an advantage;
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
