Senior Project Manager Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex IT infrastructure projects. This role involves overseeing the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and scope definition.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, including experience in managing IT infrastructure projects for public sector clients. They should also be familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and possess certification in ITIL.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project schedules and creating reports to track progress
  • Facilitating stakeholder alignment meetings to ensure effective communication and expectation management
  • Identifying and resolving obstacles, mitigating risks, and ensuring project advancement
  • Developing, measuring, and monitoring KPIs and SLAs
  • Reporting project status to management and relevant parties

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Completion of higher education in related fields (Computer Science, Engineering, Systems, etc.)
  • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure projects for public sector clients
  • Solid knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • ITIL certification
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI
