About the PositionThis is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of adults with serious and persistent mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Observe and evaluate clients to identify functional goals and develop effective interventions
- Support staff in addressing the evolving needs of clients and providing daily support
- Offer guidance and training to the team to promote client independence and empowerment
- Collaborate with the team to determine effective actions and facilitate communication within the team and with external supports
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Experience working with adults with mental illness and developing tailored interventions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OTR/L license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
