We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Professional to support the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation and benefits programs in Brazil.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is R$ 12,000 - R$ 20,000 per month, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role involves close collaboration with HR, finance, and external vendors to manage and optimize pay structures, salary reviews, and benefit offerings. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs;
  • Conducting data analysis and reporting to ensure competitiveness and compliance;
  • Assisting in the implementation of pay structures and job evaluations;
  • Reviewing compensation data and working on salary surveys and benchmarking projects;
  • Collaborating with external vendors to review employee benefits packages, handle employee inquiries, and resolve issues;
  • Preparing compensation reports for management, assisting in pay structure updates, and participating in strategy meetings with the HR team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits administration within a multinational organization;
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; Certifications in Compensation or Benefits are a plus;
  • Strong experience with compensation analysis and pay structure administration;
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT) and benefits regulations;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and HR reporting tools;
  • Experience working with global compensation tools and platforms;
  • Knowledge of international benefits programs and reward strategies is a plus;
  • Strong organization skills, maintaining a view of the overall projects while meeting critical milestones;
  • Self-awareness, authenticity, and a results-driven mindset, demonstrating an ability to work towards short-, medium-, and long-term goals, balancing and committing to multiple agendas and tasks.
