As Fortinet continues to expand its presence in the cybersecurity industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architecture Expert to join our team. This role is a key member of our LATAM Professional Services organization, serving as a customer-facing technical point of contact guiding and overseeing technical aspects during solution, transition, and delivery phases.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical constraints during solution, transitional, and delivery phases. He/She will provide remote and onsite technical consulting expertise in the development of the solution, transition, and delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.

Key responsibilities include testing existing systems and processes, identifying technical requirements and potential challenges during both transition and delivery. The candidate will also support the design and architect solutions, considering scalability, security, and efficiency. Additionally, he/she will work closely with project teams to ensure the implementation of solutions aligns with the overall strategy.

Requirements include solid technical expertise in system architecture and design, the ability to study and solve complex technical challenges, and familiarity with cybersecurity hardware, systems, and infrastructure. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is also required, as well as proven experience as a Professional Services Architect, Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer.

  • Key Technologies: NGFW, Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networks (SDN), and cloud-based technologies.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
