Finance Manager Job Summary

The Finance Manager position at our organization is an exciting opportunity to oversee financial governance, support business growth, and manage financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure financial governance following our Financial Control Framework and best practices.
  • Manage investments, cash flow, and liquidity while maintaining a healthy company balance sheet.
  • Oversee working capital management, accounts payable, receivable, and collections processes.
  • Manage derivatives, foreign exchange, and intercompany debt in accordance with company policies.
  • Negotiate banking rates and conditions to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Oversee insurance policies related to property, D&O, transport, and engineering risks.
  • Support shared services activities like treasury, credit, and collections.
  • Manage office facilities and vehicle fleet efficiently.
  • Collaborate with various departments including Legal, Tax, FP&A, Accounting, IT, Procurement, and Sales.
  • Coordinate with the Group Treasury team to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Higher education degree in finance or a related field.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Experience in treasury management, derivatives/hedge contracts, and operational expertise in accounts payable and receivable.
  • Cash management and financial analysis skills are essential for this role.
