THE ROLE

We are seeking a Sales Project Support Specialist to join our Indirect Channel team.

This position is part of the Channel Partner's Projects, a global unit that aids the sales team in crafting strategies for new collaborations and refining processes that greatly enhance the experience of channel partners. You will deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique demands of each market, facilitating the scalability of our operations. As a Project Specialist, your role will involve ensuring the effective planning, execution, and completion of various initiatives within the organization. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and other key departments to fortify partnerships that drive the overall success of the Channel Partners sector. We are eager to welcome a transformative candidate to elevate our efforts.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Engage with cross-functional teams, both at Wellhub and among channel partners, to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Create comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines and milestones, while managing the contributions of various stakeholders as necessary.Oversee and monitor project advancement, proactively identifying and resolving any challenges or risks.Communicate project updates, statuses, and modifications to stakeholders clearly and promptly.Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.Assist sales teams with project-related documentation and information as required.Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing best practices in project management.Embody the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely prioritizing your own wellbeing and that of your colleagues. Promote a culture of wellbeing at work, fostering an environment where everyone feels encouraged to take care of themselves, utilize time off, and achieve work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

A professional with demonstrated experience in project management, particularly within sales teams or technology firms.Open to learning and challenging yourself by managing diverse projects and enhancing our project methodology.Proficient in English and/or Spanish, showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills.Possess strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with colleagues and channel partners.An organized and multitasking individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Familiar with project management tools and software, such as Asana and JIRA.Equipped with strong problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and team-focused, yet capable of working independently when necessary.
