Procurement Role Overview

This hands-on leadership role focuses on managing indirect spend, improving procurement processes, driving savings, and enabling scalable growth through strong vendor and category management.

The Procurement Manager will lead and structure the procurement function, including policies, procedures, tools, and KPIs. They will develop and execute category strategies across core indirect areas: Travel, IT, HR, and Professional Services.

This role is part of a broader shared services structure within the group, supporting strategic sourcing and procurement for other entities in various countries.

  • Build and structure the procurement function at Kokku.
  • Develop and execute category strategies across core indirect areas.
  • Manage and develop a team of 2 procurement analysts.
  • Lead vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and budget requirements.
  • Establish and manage procurement processes that can scale across the group.
  • Liaise with stakeholders in finance, HR, and operations across countries to forecast needs and aggregate demand.
  • Report savings, compliance, and spend analysis regularly to senior leaders and support strategic planning.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance for contract reviews, budgeting, and audit requirements.
