Position Overview

As a Client Support Specialist at BrickBrands, your primary responsibility will be to safeguard brands from detrimental content across various digital platforms while fostering a positive online environment. You will receive training and possess expertise in information analysis, content oversight, and ensuring a secure experience for businesses and individuals globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our digital platform to oversee and manage content
  • Maintain ongoing communication with your supervisor to address any concerns or inquiries
  • Quickly recognize any online interactions, whether text-based or visual, and stay informed about current social media trends and terminology
  • Ensure the safety of the online community by adhering to established policies and guidelines
  • Comprehend brand policies and standards to effectively evaluate information and make timely moderation decisions
  • Collaborate with diverse brands across various sectors to identify, assess, and monitor all types of content
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and emerging platforms within the industry

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A personal computer or laptop equipped with a functional webcam
  • General knowledge and enthusiasm for different social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord)
  • A conducive home working environment with a reliable internet connection
  • Experience in content moderation, customer support (non-voice), or social media/community management
  • Any background in social media and marketing is advantageous
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift on a rotating schedule, with flexibility to work weekends
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
