We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Developer to join our team. As a Quantitative Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex data pipelines and frameworks for strategy and performance analytics.

You will work closely with technologists, portfolio managers, and researchers on portfolio optimizers. Your primary focus will be on building high-performance applications that can handle large amounts of data.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and math fundamentals. Experience with Python and Linux/Unix platforms is also required, as well as familiarity with scripting languages.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. This includes writing clear and concise documentation, as well as presenting complex ideas in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a developer
• Strong Data Structures, Algorithms, and Math fundamentals
• Knowledge of Python and Linux/Unix platforms; familiarity with scripting languages
• Familiarity with technologies related to data processing such as numpy, pandas, Airflow, Kubernetes, etc.
• Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written form
