Technical Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned software developer to collaborate with our clients on flexible, project-based development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate directly into the client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
  • Advanced English language proficiency is required.
  • A four-year college degree is necessary for consideration.
  • Proven experience in Java development with a solid foundation in object-oriented programming and core Java principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of SQL databases and query optimization techniques.
  • Practical experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar).
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Practical experience across the full software development lifecycle, with a track record of delivering scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize applications.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React or Vue.js) or backend frameworks (Node.js) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
  • Ability to take ownership of your work and meet expectations.
  • Ability to identify with the goals of our clients and dedicate yourself to delivering on commitments.
  • Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
