About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our consulting practice in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact strategic projects for our clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including financial institutions, issuers, and acquirers, to identify and address their key business priorities.
  • Lead consulting initiatives to drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer experience for our clients.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client data to identify opportunities for sustainable growth and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet client needs and drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in the payments industry, including knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to present findings, recommendations, and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
Requirements
  • 8 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
  • Logical, structured thinking, and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in coaching and managing multiple consulting engagements that involve structured problem solving and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Portuguese (Brazil).
  • A career in business-to-business payments (B2B) (card network, Agro, cross border and domestic account to account) is important. An interest in the future of payments and the change being driven by regulation will also be needed.
  • Experience in banking or credit card sector will be considered a plus.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
