Job Overview:

The Security Manager will oversee the supervision, maintenance and development of surveillance activities, personal safety and protection of confidential information.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Represent core values of integrity, vigilance and excellence.
  • Investigate suspicious activity; both inside and outside of facilities.
  • Verify access requests from authorized personnel.
  • Be the point of contact for law enforcement, fire or medical personnel.
  • Conduct investigations and risk assessments, providing written reports to stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Security training experience.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Able to follow operational plans and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Good judgment and decision-making ability during stressful situations.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer focused and attentive to detail.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office.
  • Serve as a positive team leader.
