POSITION OVERVIEW
As a key player in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud localization initiative, the Content Developer will significantly influence the adaptation of our solutions for various local markets. This role focuses on crafting pre-configured business settings tailored for distinct regional versions, commonly referred to as Best Practices.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in SAP SD implementation projects, particularly within Latin American regions such as Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Brazil. The ideal applicant should demonstrate proficiency in the following domains:
1. Sales Process Expertise
- Comprehensive understanding of sales order, delivery, and invoicing setups, including:
• Stock Sales
• Credit and Debit Memo Management
• Sales Inquiries
• Customer Consignment Processes
• Delivery Handling without Order Reference
• Service Sales
• Non-Stock Material Sales Order Processing
• Third-Party Sales with Shipping Notifications
• Free of Charge Deliveries
• Customer Returns Management
• Sales Quotation Handling
• One-Time Customer Sales Order Entry
• Non-Stock Item Sales with Specific Procurement
• Returnable Item Processing
• Free Goods Management
2. Organizational Structure Setup
- Establishment of sales organizations and sales areas.
3. Pricing Strategy
- Knowledge of access sequences, condition types, and pricing procedures, including Tax Service integration. Familiarity with Nota Fiscal configurations is advantageous but not essential.
4. Master Data Management
- Management of customer master data, sales material master data, and info record master data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate the configuration settings provided for the German S/4HANA solution and implement necessary localization adjustments for various country solutions.
- Develop and maintain content for SAP S/4HANA country solutions specific to Latin American markets.
- Test various business processes and adjust configurations or documentation as required.
- Assist in resolving customer incidents utilizing SAP's incident management tools.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
- A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with adaptability and self-assertiveness.
- Capacity to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience as a management assistant is beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-cultural and multi-location environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
