At H.B. Fuller, we're committed to connecting what matters. As an HR Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the employee journey from hire to retire. You'll work cross-functionally within the HR Shared Services team, supporting HR centers of excellence programs.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Initiate and review core HCM business processes, including offer letters and Workday changes.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation preparation and coordination with payroll.
- Administer relocation, tuition reimbursement, and complementary benefit programs for locations in Brazil.
- Collaborate with payroll, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, and HR business partners to ensure seamless HR services.
- Manage digital and physical employee files, responding to information requests and analyzing documents for work processes.
- Respond accurately and timely to employee inquiries about HR policies, programs, processes, and services.
- Work with subject matter experts to escalate complex issues and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR service center.
- Microsoft tools proficiency, including Excel and Word.
- Fully proficient English level (written and speaking).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
