Job Responsibilities:

  • Support coordinators and clients in administrative processes and facilities operations, ensuring timely deliveries and providing necessary information for operations.
  • Administer budget, indicators and payments.

Key Activities:

  • Issue purchase orders, controlling saldo balance.
  • Receive and verify all invoices from suppliers and maintain accurate payment control.
  • Buy office supplies and materials, managing inventory control for each item.
  • Monitor contracts through interface with service provider companies.
  • Focus on quality of services provided by suppliers and support SLA control for each service.
  • Assist in cost control for contracted services and ongoing activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Provide administrative support, including contract and document control, archives and other related functions.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture or similar fields.
  • Experience in administrative routines and facilities operations.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Diplomatic English skills (intermediate level).
  • Proactive, organized profile with excellent communication skills.
