Project Leadership Role

The key objective of this position is to manage the delivery of mining product orders, ensuring high levels of performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and execute product orders and projects according to contractual agreements, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Vibrating Screens Manufacturing: oversee the entire manufacturing process from production to final assembly, guaranteeing quality, timeliness, and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Establish standard operating procedures and promote the use of global tools. Provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks, prevent scope creep, and manage cash flow effectively without compromising profit margins.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Line, Sales, and Project Execution to align customer expectations with business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project execution within the mining, heavy industry, or large-scale equipment supply sectors.
