About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Power Engineer to join our team and support natural gas and renewable energy projects as Engineer of Record or Owner's Engineer.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in power generation design, project leadership, and coordination with other disciplines to drive success in our national Power Generation team.

Key Responsibilities include leading project mechanical teams, monitoring project status, and supporting detailed design and owner's engineer projects.

  • Leading Project Mechanical Teams: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitoring Project Status: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Serving as Engineer of Record or Owner's Engineer: Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring that they meet the required standards and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 15+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in power generation design, project leadership, and coordination with other disciplines.
  • PE License: A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Power Sector Design Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Power Sector design software.
