Job Title: Service Advisor

About the Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the liaison between customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service and experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments with customers
  • Preparing and explaining repair estimates to customers
  • Entering repair orders into our service database system
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months or more of relevant customer service or sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver's license
