As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy focused on improving retailer retention and satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on cross-sell techniques and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

**Your key responsibilities will include:**

- Developing and executing a user retention strategy that aligns with our business goals and targets.

- Implementing CRO techniques to optimize the conversion funnel and improve retention rates.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize user retention and improve conversion rates.

- Defining and tracking key metrics to measure the success of user retention efforts and regularly reporting progress to senior leadership.

**What we're looking for in a candidate:**

Strong analytical skills and business sense, with the ability to work analytically to make informed decisions.

Experience in B2B markets is a plus, as is experience with CRO techniques and methodologies.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
