Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement global HR strategies in collaboration with local business leaders to achieve business objectives in organizational design, succession planning, diversity & inclusion, career management, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Access and analyze HR Dashboard talent analytics to inform talent strategies, developing diverse leadership talent and technical capabilities across the business while embracing new ways of working based on current environmental dynamics.
- Partner with leaders to shape culture, Credo, employee engagement, and change initiatives.
- Identify key capabilities aligned with business goals, conduct gap analysis, and develop buy/build strategies in partnership with business leaders.
- Oversee the portfolio of HR work in support of business goals, enterprise, and sector HR strategies.
- Provide consultative support in employee communication during change initiatives within client groups.
- Ensure cultural discipline in deploying core processes and programs across sectors/regions.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience, showing a progression of responsibilities, with at least 5 years of progressive HR or HR-related experience.
- Advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and upper management to impact decision-making is essential.
- Willingness to express opinions backed by insight and confidence to influence key stakeholders in meetings and one-to-one discussions.
- Outstanding communication skills; ability to think analytically and articulate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely.
- Highly strategic business knowledge with the ability to use judgment and take calculated risks.
- Must be capable of creating their own agenda and deliverables based on strategy.
- Ability to anticipate and proactively manage the learning needs of cross-departmental constituents.
- Proactive ability to set direction and prioritize work for team members.
- Agile and able to adapt behavior across a range of situations, with strong change management capabilities.
- Direct experience with setting and delivering measurable objectives is required. Strategic business partnership: cross-functional leadership, business acumen, understanding of organizational dynamics, influencing skills, and objectivity are essential.
