This position requires expertise in developing a next-generation AI Automation Platform, driving automation, intelligence, and scalability on a global scale.
The ideal candidate will create and evolve a scalable AI automation platform for various use cases.
They will design, build, and deploy AI-driven and agent-based solutions, collaborating with data engineers, architects, and platform engineers.
Responsibilities include ensuring robustness, performance, and maintainability of the platform, applying advanced techniques in machine learning, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.
Additionally, they will contribute to architectural decisions and best practices in AI engineering, implementing and managing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for persistent, context-aware agent behavior.
Requirements- Proven experience in software development and machine learning (AI, automation, or intelligent agents)
- Strong programming skills in Python or similar language
- Experience with automation tools (e.g. n8n, Workato)
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent frameworks (LangChain, Vertex AI Agent Builder, OpenAgent)
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and agent workflow design
- Understanding of scalable system design and distributed computing
- Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
