Sourcing Recruiter, Brazil Operations, Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Recruiter to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for cultivating talent sourcing channels, developing relationships with hiring managers, and closing searches against tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and screen, interview, and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Work closely with Business, TA, and HR leaders to influence and deliver a quality assessment and candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.
- Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting.
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools.
- Experience using Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System experience for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
- Availability to work 5 days a week at the office in Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil (Vila Olimpia).
- Fluent Portuguese and Advanced English.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
- Strong communication skills, organizational, and client management skills.
- Passion for and proven success creating and implementing successful diversity strategies.
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Ability to build and develop strong sourcing strategies through the use of various recruiting channels/platforms.
- Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
