  We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to ensure our interior, exterior, and body/paint components meet our quality standards.

• •

  The successful candidate will investigate technical issues in bodywork, paint, and interior/exterior decorative parts, proposing effective solutions.

• •

  This role involves analyzing part disassembly, proposing and verifying countermeasures, managing suppliers daily, promoting improvements in product quality, participating in experimental assemblies, performing checks and adjustments.

• •

  Responsibilities also include identifying and promoting solutions for production issues before the vehicle SOP (Start of Production), reviewing the control plan for parts in accordance with regulations and technical agreements, inspecting parts for mass production of new models, ensuring market quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• •

  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields is required.

• •

  Fluency in English is essential.

• •

  Extensive experience in quality analysis and improvement, focusing on interior/exterior and body/paint is necessary.

• •

  Familiarity with the production process of interior and exterior components is essential.

• •

  Ability to analyze parts and resolve issues using tools such as 8D, SPC, 5W3H, among others is required.

• •

  Good communication skills and the ability to work with different areas of the company and suppliers is essential.
